Photography is an essential tool in my art practice, and there are many crossovers between the recording, the art piece and the sculpture, however, I will use any media that I deem necessary in order to express an idea.
The traditional skills I employ include, photography, painting, printmaking, carpentry, casting .

I have experience of using many materials through my art practice and career experiences. These include, wood, cement, plaster, clay, glass, and oil paint.
I constantly seek new materials to use and consider everything to be potentially useful .
Casting also has neen a large part of my practice, whereby I have used various materials, wax, cement, ceramics, plasters, polyfoam, lead, and glass. Being fascinated with how things are made to move, I have built mechanically driven and electronically controlled work.
